Veni, vidi, video # 020 Amy McDonald

One hundred miles per hour over the Autoban's slow lane, and the neat industrial horizon mixed with the most beautiful trees I've ever seen, is a great scenario for any kind of music. Whatever dropped at that particular time capsule could potentially become into precious memories, specially if you are like me, and if you happen to be riding with your girlfriends at the almost end of some fantastic girls-weekend.

And you're singing the songs
Thinking this is the life

Your inner cynic critic is on fire, – claiming Kraftwerk would be a much better choice for the whole memory– but it's inner chick who wins the match after-all.

And druged by victory's sugar-high, the unbearable happiness that pops up when you discover a very new favorite song starts showing up, and lets you out of words pronouncing a stupid “yaaayyyyy”. You know you just have to leave it alone for a while, to settle down in your system, and after that it will be yours forever. Every freaking time you wish so, it will bring back the moment, the friends, their laughter, the youth, the smell, the happy nonchalance of free time spent in another city, in another country, the bright colors of the Westfalia's summer light, and whatever is in your wishes while you press the “play” button.
